Leisure travel has become a fashionable and novel way of travel,loved and respected by people.Under the new background of developing all-area tourism,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of tourism,improving the quality and efficiency,and comprehensively optimizing the tourism development environment,leisure tourism is facing new development opportunities.However,at present,China's tourism industry still stays at a low level mainly based on sightseeing,which has neither formed a relatively complete industrial chain nor fully explored the added value of tourism resources.China's population is getting older and the problem is getting worse.At the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the party and the state put forward an important discussion on the development of the old-age service industry,pointing out that "we should actively respond to the aging of the population,establish a policy system and social environment for providing for the elderly,respecting the elderly and respecting the elderly,promote the integration of medical care,and accelerate the development of undertakings and industries for the elderly." This points out the direction for the development of pension service industry in the future.Therefore,the research of this paper has certain policy and practical significance.Shimen county is a tourism county with rich tourism resources in hunan province.It belongs to the mysterious region of western hunan and lies on the border of hunan and hubei.The advantaged geographical location and profound cultural background have made shimen county a tourism brand in hunan.In recent years,shimen county with a variety of efficient financing methods to raise funds.And spent most of the funds on the construction and development of tourism projects.In this paper,we study the selection of S company's elderly leisure tourism product development as the research sample,paper based on the old consumption theory,marketing related theory,the theory of tourism sustainable development,the company S product development and marketing situation is analyzed,based on the company internal resources,external environment and the current product development present situation analysis,analysis of the product positioning,understand the current existing inaccurate positioning,the company product structure is unreasonable,service quality is not high,and lack of promotion And from the company how to product positioning,optimize the product structure,improve the quality of service,strengthen the publicity effect of four aspects of countermeasures and Suggestions.The research of this article hascertain enlightenment to the same industry product marketing.
