In recent years,with the development of the market economy,the number of group labor disputes has showed an increasing trend year by year.Some large-scale group labor disputes have occurred in the society,which not only adversely affects the personal development of workers and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,but also seriously affects the country's stability and social harmony.However,the existing laws in China lack the regulatory measures for group labor dispute,and the traditional individual labor dispute resolution mechanism cannot cope with group labor dispute.In addition,the government and the labor unions have an unidentified position when group labor disputes occur.The settlement of group labor disputes faces legal and practical difficulties.Starting from the typical cases of group labor disputes,this article applies case study method,literature research method and comparative research method.Based on the analysis of the status of Group Labor Dispute resolution mechanism in China,it points out the legal gaps of consultation,mediation,arbitration and litigation which are faced by the group labor disputes,and puts forward perfect proposals aimed at the four aspects.It emphasizes the inclusion of group labor disputes into the existing legal regulatory system,the establishment of a compulsory negotiation system and the task cases of litigation system,in order to properly handle group labor disputes,protect the legitimate rights and interests of the labors and the employing units,and build a establish harmonious labor relations in a socialist market economy.
