Research On Copyright Law Issues Related To 3D Printing Technology

As the product of the rapid development of science and technology,3D printing technology is not only a convenient way to create,but also brings complex legal problems.3D whole process of printing technology involves a lot of copyright law problems,which has a great impact on the traditional copyright law system.On the basis of the analysis of these problems,referring to the relevant laws and regulations at home and abroad,the countermeasures are put forward at the legal,institutional,technical and other levels,so as to balance the interests between the copyright owner and the public,and stimulate the general creativity of the society.Firstly,it clarifies the necessity and urgency of the research on copyright law in 3D printing technology.The second part discusses the related legal problems involved in this process,first of all,discuss whether and how 3D printing source files can be characterized as works;secondly,through the analysis of the behavior characteristics,it is determined that the foreign body copying in the 3D printing technology belongs to the copying behavior protected by my country's "Copyright Law".The third part introduces and compares the relevant regulations on originality and allogeneic reproduction at home and abroad,and clarifies the deficiency of the relevant provisions in the copyright law of our country.Chapter four aims at constructing a more complete copyright law system and copyright management system,and provides a solution to the problem of copyright law protection in 3D printing technology and other new technologies.
