Research On The System Of China's Intellectual Property Trial Under The Background Of “The Belt And The Road”

“The Belt and the Road” is a major initiative proposed by China to build a community with a shared future for mankind.It established in accordance with China's national conditions and the new global situation.With the continuous advancement of the initiative,China has continuously improved its level of opening up to the outside world and deepened cooperation with countries along the route.The share of intellectual property cooperation has been increased during continuous deepening economic and trade exchanges.Promoting the development of intellectual property is an inherent requirement for improving international competitiveness,many countries have increased the judicial protection of intellectual property through practice.Recently China has continuously strengthened the protection of intellectual property rights,making efforts to perfect the specialized trail system of intellectual property rights.China has established the three intellectual property courts and the intellectual property court of the Supreme People's Court,which achieving good results.There are big differences between the countries along the route in the development of intellectual property laws and institutions.This article analyzes the current status of intellectual property trials in china and make a comparative study of distinctive intellectual property trial knowledge of several major developed countries with a view to perfect the specialized trail system of intellectual property rights in China.
