Research On Intellectual Property Protection Standards Under The Vision Of “Belt And Road”

Since the implementation of the “One Belt and One Road” strategy,the economies of the countries along the route have achieved considerable development and international cooperation has become increasingly close.In this context,the trade in intellectual property between countries along the route has also been increasing,and the proportion in trade has gradually increased.The higher the degree of liberalization of the relevant market is.To meet this demand,it is necessary to coordinate the intellectual property protection standards of the countries along the route,to achieve the integration of intellectual property protection standards in the region,and then trade related to the protection of intellectual property rights.How to coordinate the protection standards of intellectual property rights among countries along the route has become the focus.Drawing on the experience of the European Union to coordinate the protection of intellectual property rights in countries along the “One Belt and One Road” is a feasible policy.First,establish an intellectual property information database to strengthen the understanding and training of a group of specialized talents in the intellectual property laws of the countries along the line;secondly,formulate relevant coordination rules as a support;the third is to establish a harmonized list of intellectual property protection standards;and fourth is to coordinate market access measures.The last is the coordination of intellectual property protection measures.Through these measures,the protection standards for intellectual property rights are fully coordinated to solve the problem of large differences in national IP protection standards along the line,eventually achieving the integration of national IP protection standards along the line and promoting the in-depth development of the “One Belt and One Road” strategy.
