The Study Of The Joint Supervision Of Enterprise Credit Of Mega Data Environment

With the gradual deepening of commercial system reform,the traditional mode of enterprise supervision has changed from prior supervision to post-event supervision.Further strengthening enterprise credit supervision and promoting the construction of enterprise credit system are the inevitable requirements of the current market supervision situation.Enterprise credit is not only the sum of its own social recognition and commercial value creativity,but also a vital part of the construction of social credit system.In recent years,our country has been exploring the joint supervision mechanism of enterprise credit,mainly adopting the way of department linkage,data sharing,joint reward and punishment,public announcement as the platform,taking the credit information publicity system as the platform,improving the efficiency of enterprise credit supervision,and striving to finally form a good market competition atmosphere and a social credit environment of "a breach of trust and restriction everywhere ".The basic mechanism of joint supervision of enterprise credit is the efficient sharing of credit information data in this respect,there are still big data platform is not perfect,cross-departmental data sharing barriers still exist and other problems to be solved.The emergence and development of big data industry is the opportunity to solve the above problems.However,the current research and application of big data focus on the Internet,finance and media and other industries,and the application in the field of enterprise supervision is not deep enough to form a complete theoretical system and application framework.Based on the basic connotation of enterprise credit supervision and big data credit investigation and the current situation of enterprise credit joint supervision in our country,this thesis thinks that the development of existing credit information sharing platform in our country still has some problems,such as low management and application degree,insufficient interconnection between platforms difficult to break the departmental barriers of credit joint supervision.In the application of data technology combined with enterprise credit joint supervision,there are some problems such as data collection integration standard is not uniform,data quality is difficult to guarantee,and low update frequency leads to data disjointed,low degree of data opening and so on.Through the research,it is found that the basic to promote the upgrading of corporate credit joint supervision is to rely on information technology means,combined with big data in-depth application.This paper combines the analysis and experience of the development of enterprise credit supervision and big data credit information industry in developed countries to realize the importance of government guidance and social participation in the construction of social credit system.Further from the four dimensions of strengthening the construction of enterprise credit supervision platform,perfecting the joint supervision mechanism of enterprise credit,consolidating the basis of credit information data and constructing diversified social credit system,this paper puts forward innovative and operable suggestions for big data environment.
