Research On The Adaptability Of Military Eating Habits Under The Framework Of Machine Learning Algorithm

Food management is a regular,mass and sensitive work.It not only affects the health and vital interests of officers and men,but also affects the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the army.Soldiers shoulder the sacred mission of defending the country,and the particularity of their work determines the particularity of dietary protection.Therefore,how to make the officers and soldiers from all over the country who have different eating habits eat well and eat comfortably is an important task for us.This study selected a troop of Fujian province(" A Troop " for short)whose diet is social guaranteed as the research object,investigated the characteristics of soldiers' eating habits and their inadaptability,analyzed the influencing factors that caused inadaptability to soldiers' eating habits through machine learning algorithm,and then summarized the measures to improve soldiers' dietary adaptability.Firstly,based on the status quo,this paper investigated and analyzed the eating habits of the A troop,mainly including the basic information of soldiers,the analysis of their favorite cuisine,favorite dishes,favorite taste,and favorite breakfast.Then the article investigated and analyzed the inadaptability of the soldiers' eating habits.Through the investigation,it found that there are three main reasons for the inadaptability of the soldiers' eating habits: the difference of eating habits in different areas leads to different taste demands,the disharmony of meat and vegetable collocation in the canteen leads to the inadaptability of the diners,and the slow renewal frequency of the dishes leads to the inadaptability of the diners.Finally,with the help of machine learning algorithm and logistic regression analysis,the paper found that the three factors of how to take into account the spicy and non-spicy groups,the meat and dish collocation in each meal,and the greasy degree of dishes had significant statistical significance for soldiers to adapt to the canteen diet.According to the odds ratio(OR),measures to improve the dietary adaptability of soldiers were obtained.According to the multiple response analysis,the study showed the soldiers' preference for cuisines,breakfasts,meat dishes,half meat dishes,vegetarian dishes,etc,which can provide reference for the canteen to understand the soldiers' preferences,so as to provide dishes types and tastes.Through word cloud software,it found that soldiers expect the canteen to increase the amount of dishes,especially meat dishes,expect the canteen to improve the food,provide more delicious dishes.
