In the era of strong military dream,more and more college students choose to join the military camp and serve the motherland.In recent years,the number of college students joining the army has reached a new high.With the gradual expansion of the scale of college students joining the army,the ranks of the retired college students are also growing.Due to the differences between military life and university life,the change of military role to college students' role,and the interruption of knowledge system,the problems of learning adaptability of the retired college students arise correspondingly.Based on this background,this study studies the learning adaptability of the retired college students,in order to help the education of the retired college students,the development of the Army recruitment in Colleges and universities,and further improve the learning adaptability of the retired college students.Through consulting relevant literature and investigation,this study puts forward its own research hypotheses:in the two dimensions of learning motivation and learning behavior(including professional interest,autonomous learning,stress response,method application,help seeking behavior,environmental choice,information utilization,knowledge application eight factors),there are differences in the learning adaptability of the retired college students;in different variables There are differences in the learning adaptability of the retired College Students under the background of gender,ethnic group,service,college,major,military stage,grade,achievement and family location.Among them,the stage of enlistment focuses on whether there are differences in learning adaptability between the former and the former,while the grade focuses on whether there are differences in learning adaptability between the former and the latter.The questionnaire was randomly distributed to the retired college students in Beijing.According to the collected data,this paper explores the learning adaptability of retired college students in two aspects of learning motivation and learning behavior;the differences of the learning adaptability of the retired college students in the context of different variables;the influence of five factors on the learning adaptability of the retired college students:management style,role adaptation,learning content,interpersonal relationship and psychological gap;and according to the scores Based on the analysis of the results and related theories,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the learning adaptability of the retired college students.After the statistics,investigation and analysis of the questionnaire,the results are as follows:1.The overall level of learning adaptability of the retired college students is general.2.Through the comparison of the differences under different variable backgrounds,it is found that there are no significant differences in the learning adaptability of the retired college students of different genders,different services and different family residences;there are significant differences in the learning adaptability of the retired college students of different ethnic groups,different military stages and different grades;there are significant differences in the learning adaptability of the retired college students of different universities,different majors and different academic achievements There are extremely significant differences in the learning adaptability of the retired college students.3.In terms of influencing factors of learning adaptability,psychological gap has the greatest influence on learning adaptability of the retired college students,followed by interpersonal relationship and role adaptation,and the less influential factors are management style and learning content.Finally,based on the data,data and analysis of the questionnaire,based on the social role theory and self-regulated learning theory,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to improve the learning adaptability of the retired college students:The retired college students should make clear their own role positioning,constantly improve their recognition of the role,and mobilize their internal learning motivation to promote external learning At the same time,actively communicate and enhance their help seeking behavior.Environmental suggestions,specifically from the two aspects of the school and the army,suggest that the school should establish a file and academic accurate support system for the retired college students,and guide the retired college students to affirm the value of joining the army,reduce their psychological gap;suggest that the army choose the right stage of joining the army,match the army position with the university major,and do a good job in the retired college students Education,and actively interact with colleges and universities.
