Study On The Construction Of Civilized City In Nanping By Community Building

In the activities of civilized city construction,community as an important indicator determines the degree of civilization of a city.Practice has proved that community is the foundation of urban construction,including the establishment of civilized cities.To achieve real results in the establishment of civilized cities,we must consolidate the cornerstone of community.In the context of comprehensively deepening the reform and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,it is essential to improve the level of community construction,improve the grass-roots mass autonomy system and enhance the community governance capacity for the construction of a civilized city that upholds morality and goodness,is rich in culture,is harmonious and livable,and is satisfactory to the people.Taking Yanping District of Nanping City as an example,this paper uses the theory of good governance,community governance and other related theories for reference to investigate and study the problems existing in promoting the construction of civilized city in Nanping City by means of questionnaire survey,including residents' demands,construction of community comprehensive service facilities,supply of community services,participation in community governance,residents' sense of identity and belonging,evaluation and construction of community The questionnaire survey was designed in seven aspects of civilized city evaluation to find out the problems and factors that affect the construction of Nanping civilized city.The countermeasures were put forward from five aspects: strengthening the construction of community culture,improving the structure of community governance,improving the ability of community service innovation,promoting the innovation of system and mechanism,and enhancing the vitality of the main body of community governance,so as to effectively promote community construction Level,thus boosting the establishment of Nanping civilized city.This study consists of five parts.The first part mainly expounds the research background,research significance and research methods of this study,briefly summarizes the research status of relevant theories at home and abroad,and makes research review;the second part defines the concepts of civilized city and community construction related to this paper,and expounds the relevant theories of good governance theory and community governance theory;the third part boosts Nanping City from the community construction The practice and effect of building a civilized city analyze the current situation of Nanping's community construction to promote the building of a civilized city;the fourth part mainly designs and implements the questionnaire of community construction in the process of building a civilized city in Nanping,analyzes the basic situation of the sample and the situation of community construction in the process of building a civilized city in Nanping,and obtains the problems that community construction affects the building of a civilized city in Nanping The fifth part is the suggestions and strategies to improve the level of community construction in Nanping City to promote the construction of civilized city.
