Application Of Artificial Intelligence Capability In Case Retrieval In The Background Of Intelligent Justice

With the continuous improvement of China's judicial system,at the same time,the people are most concerned about whether the trial is fair,so-called justice,that includes the stability of the decision.The same dispute,is not able to get a stable referee output,when the rights are violated,or society,enterprise groups,the people encounter the same problem,will not be fair the same decision every time,law enforcement is unified and stable.With the deepening of judicial reform,the requirements for the efficiency of judicial case handling and the quality of case handling continue to improve,how to rely on the construction of the bottom-up intelligent court,the use of artificial intelligence technology,improve the unified mechanism of the application of the law,and supervise the system of co-judgment of cases is a difficult point.At present,many of the functional products pushed by the case have been pushed into the market,but the use of high coverage and really get good review of the products are few,to really realize the ability of artificial intelligence under the case still have many challenges and problems to be solved.In 2017,the Supreme Law issued the Opinions on the Implementation of judicial responsibility system to improve the trial supervision and management mechanism(trial)on the basis of improving the reference of class cases,the guidance of adjudication,etc.,to establish a mandatory search mechanism for class cases and related cases,to ensure that the standard of adjudication of class cases is uniform and the application of the law is uniform.However,the use of existing casetype functions is not universal,mainly exists in two aspects,one is the poor effect of the case push-related function,the technical search of push cases is not accurate enough,and the other is that the system of the case-type case search mechanism and evidence of effectiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the integration of justice and the current capability of artificial intelligence,starting with the construction of knowledge system,optimizing data resources,and establishing a top-down framework of case-type case-type functions,so as to enhance the function of case-like retrieval system.At the same time,we should clarify the guiding rules of case push,improve the evidence guidance system of case evidence,and make the case really bring value.
