The Development Status And Policy Research Of Wisdom Endowment

With the development of national economy,the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious.At present,our country's pension mode cannot meet the demand of endowment,"endowment" phenomenon is very common.Every year,people,wealth and material investment in the state pension,health insurance and pension benefits are increasing year by year.It is necessary to improve the quality of old-age service and relieve the national pressure.The intelligent pension mode is an important way to solve this problem: it can rely on advanced technology and management and operation ability to improve the quality of service of the aged.It can also attract enterprises and other social groups to invest in the pension field,to alleviate the pressure of people,wealth and things.Wisdom pension model is applied to solve the pension problem has the necessity and feasibility of can realize the unification of the economic benefit,social benefit,help the elderly to lead a healthy elderly life,security and dignity,to maintain social stability,and promote the development of relevant industries.As a new model of old-age pension,intelligent pension is in the initial stage of development,and there are some problems which need the joint efforts of government,enterprises,society and citizens.In this paper,on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,using the method of theoretical analysis,case study,the theory and practice application of wisdom pension,for the sustained and healthy development of the wisdom of endowment the opinions of the targeted Suggestions are put forward.The specific content of this article into seven chapters: the first chapter is introduction,mainly including pension field introduced the background and significance of endowment concept wisdom,the literature research both at home and abroad,research contents and research methods.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the whole thesis,and introduces the relevant theories of endowment status and wisdom endowment.The third chapter is the research on the development status of intelligent endowment at home and abroad.The fourth chapter studies the existing problems in the development of intelligent endowment.Chapter 5 for countermeasure part,according to China's wisdom pensiondevelopment present situation,main problems of research and the successful experience of foreign pension wisdom,the existence insufficiency,are put forward from the government level and enterprise level comments Suggestions to promote the healthy development of the wisdom of endowment.The sixth chapter,combined with the above theoretical statements,summarizes the main conclusions of the research and puts forward prospects for the future development.
