A Study On The Socialization Of The Logistic Service Of The Organs

With the development of the market economy,the socialization of the logistics service of the government has gradually attracted people's attention,and has become the object of more and more experts and scholars to study the socialization reform of the public service and the reform of the party and government system.The author has worked in the South Management Office of C City for nearly three years since graduation.In his daily work and study,he found that most of the materials about the reform of the logistics of our country's organs are theoretical researches,more speeches and work briefs for the leaders of the logistics service of the relevant organs,and a few are the research on the logistics materials of the school and the logistics service management of the organs that must be made public according to the regulations Some materials are lack of connection with the reality and stay in the empty theory.As a logistics staff,I will combine my work with the reform experience of our country's logistics department,analyze and study the process of socialization of logistics service of South Management Office of City C,as well as the causes of disharmonious voice,and put forward some countermeasures for socialization reform of the logistics.First of all,this paper makes a simple description of some basic concepts of administrative logistics in China.Then,the author analyzes some problems that may exist in the socialization reform of logistics service in the South Management Office of C City,based on his own three-year practical experience of administrative logistics management.Based on the strategic perspective of the new public logistics management,after analyzing a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the paper analyzes the new problems and difficulties in the logistics work of the South Management Office of City C,including the historical evolution,team situation,organization setting,management system and other aspects.After that,it also puts forward some relevant policy suggestions for the reform of the logistics management of the organs,hoping that through these reform suggestions,it can promote the socialization of the logistics management services of the organs and units,standardize the personnel management,establish the modern market concept,and then provide certain management norms and standards for the logistics reform of other regions.
