Research On Personal Information Protection System In Enterprise Data Fusion

With the change of times and the change of technology,the application of big data in life and work is more and more common.However,with the convenience and efficiency brought by the development of big data,there is also a hidden crisis.In the enterprise operation,the hidden danger of personal information security often appears.In the stage of data fusion,there will be personal information collection,leakage,excessive use,these are the disadvantages of the application of big data in the enterprise.At present,there are a lot of researches on the hidden dangers of personal information security in the era of big data,but they tend to be macroscopic and not detailed enough.This paper focuses on the personal information security and the related legal construction in each link of enterprise data fusion,trying to promote and improve the research in related fields.Based on the above research background and research status,the main content of this paper is to explore the embodiment of personal protection system in data fusion,and to limit the scope of research to enterprises,to study the impact of enterprises' data-related behavior on individual users' information,and to explore the current process of relevant protection systems at home and abroad,and to find the imperfections of the personal information protection system,and put forward the corresponding feasible and targeted countermeasures and measures.Specifically,the study is divided into five parts.In the first part,the scope of the concepts involved in the paper is defined.The second part describes the current enterprise data fusion in the personal information security risk.The third part,combs and analyzes the Chinese and foreign related legal principle foundation.The fourth part is the comparison of the supervision and accountability mechanism between China and foreign countries.The fifth part,the relevant typical case analysis.The sixth part,conclusion and countermeasure.This paper adopts the research methods of literature analysis,interdisciplinary analysis,comparative analysis,chart and so on,based on the current situation of international legal standard construction,and starts from each link of enterprise data fusion,through the comparative analysis of examples and theories,this paper tries to find out the shortcomings of the existing legal standard contents(about the collection,use,storage and flow of personal information).At the same time around the legal system norms of conduct,system construction,regulatory accountability mechanism to carry out the legal system regulatory accountability mechanism.In addition,the cases of personal information security in data fusion of enterprises involved in different industries are summarized and analyzed in order to promote the process of personal information protection and speed up the construction of information security legal system,to provide suggestions and paths for the improvement of the legal system.Based on the analysis of the legal system and examples,the author points out the development direction of the legal system construction of personal information protection in the data fusion of domestic enterprises.The main problems existing in the current situation are found out,and some feasible optimization paths and mechanisms are explored.
