Research On The Education Of Party Members Among College Students And Its Countermeasures

With the continuous reform and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the number of party members among college students has increased year by year,and the education of party members among college students has become increasingly important and has become an important part of ideological and political education in colleges.At present,we are in a period of major changes.With the rapid development of society,the environment in which college student party members are living is also undergoing unprecedented changes.Under such circumstances,great changes have taken place in the ideological and behavioral characteristics of college student party members.These new characteristics and changes require universities to continuously update their education concepts in the work of college student party members,and to continuously improve and innovate.The content,methods,etc.make it more targeted and effective,suitable for the development of college student party members,and thus meet the development needs of society.This article discusses the education of college student party members from four parts on the basis of an actual investigation of the current status of college student party member education in six colleges and universities in Hohhot.First,it studies the connotation,characteristics and main contents of college student party member education,and expounds the necessity of strengthening college student party member education.Secondly,the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to analyze the current status of the education of party members of college students in six colleges and universities.Thirdly,from the perspective of society,schools and individuals,the article analyzes the reasons for the problems in theeducation of college student party members.Finally,this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures from adhering to the scientific education concept,continuously enriching the content and methods of education,and improving the guarantee mechanism for the development of student party members,organizational life,assessment and evaluation,and supervision and restriction.Establish and improve the normalization and long-term mechanism of college student party member education,provide an effective reference for the education of party members in colleges and universities,and contribute a modest force to the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.
