Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of College Students' Network Public Participation

With the development of Internet technology and the extensive use of network media,network media has become the main platform for college students to participate in the public.However,the Internet is a double-edged sword,which not only helps college students to participate in public life and enhance their sense of social responsibility,but also causes certain difficulties for college students to participate in public life.Due to the concealment of the network environment and the difficulty of controlling the network public opinion,there are a variety of irrational behaviors in the network public participation of college students,which not only have a negative impact on the growth of college students,but also bring a lot of problems to the society.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to improve college students' online public participation ability.College students' online public participation is an act of voluntary participation in public events and public affairs on the basis of the online public platform,with the purpose of following public morality and safeguarding public interests,freely expressing their own will,assuming social responsibilities and participating in social public life.There are various types of college students' online public participation,including five types: attentional participation,interactive participation,action participation,blind participation and vent participation.Marx's communication theory,the communist party of China's thought of people's democracy,the thought of state governance modernization and the western multi-center governance provide the theoretical source for this research.Online public participation of college students is of great practical significance,which is conducive to the modernization of national governance,the democratic management of colleges and universities,and the consciousness of social responsibility of college students.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,it is found that college students have higher enthusiasm for online public participation,a wide range of topics for online public participation,diversified platforms for online public participation,and rationalization of online public participation.They have a certain awareness and quality of online publicparticipation.Under the influence of imperfect laws and regulations on network public participation,loopholes in network media information supervision,ineffective supervision and guidance in colleges and universities,as well as college students themselves,some college students' network public participation has problems such as disconnection between knowledge and practice,bad motivation and irrational phenomenon.Standardizing college students' online public participation and improving the effectiveness of college students' online public participation are of great significance to the cultivation of new people in the era of national rejuvenation.Based on the reasons,this paper puts forward the countermeasures.First,it is to improve the network public participation system and strengthen the external binding force.The second is to build a clear network space to provide a good environment for college students to participate in the public network.Third,we should strengthen the guidance and education of colleges and universities and guide college students to participate in public life in an orderly way.The fourth is to strengthen the self-education function of college students and improve their quality and ability of online public participation.
