Research On Service Quality Evaluation Of Baoding Citizen-run Elderly Care Institutions

The issue of old-age care affects every household and affects the progress and development of society.In 2019,there were 253.88 million people aged 60 years and over in China,accounting for 18.1% of the total population,and 176.03 million people aged 65 and over,accounting for 12.6% of the total population.Compared with 2018,they increased by0.2% and 0.7% year-on-year.It can be seen that China has a large number of elderly population and rapid development of aging.With the development of family miniaturization,traditional family pensions continue to disintegrate,and more and more people begin to choose pension institutions for pensions.Institutional pensions,as an important supplement to family pensions,have played an important role in alleviating the pressure on pensions in China.However,at present,the problems of low-quality service and poor elderly happiness in elderly care institutions,especially private elderly care institutions,exist in China.How to improve the service quality of elderly care institutions and enhance the life satisfaction and happiness of the elderly is a major issue that needs to be addressed urgently.problem.To this end,evaluate the service quality of the existing elderly care institutions in China,explore the factors that the elderly are most concerned about in the current elderly care service system,solve the problems existing in the provision of elderly care services,The goal of providing care for the elderly,having fun for the elderly,learning for the elderly,doing something for the elderly has important practical significance.This article takes the service quality of BaoDing citizen-run elderly care institutions as the research object,and evaluates the service quality of BaoDing citizen-run elderly care institutions from the perspective of elderly satisfaction.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs,customer satisfaction,and social support theory,the article is based on the in-depth study and analysis of the current state of service provision in BaoDing's citizen-based elderly care institutions.Manage four dimensions and construct 23 evaluation indicators to comprehensively and systematically evaluate the service quality of BaoDing Citizen-run elderly care institutions;use the analytic hierarchy process to build an AHP structurehierarchical model and determine the weight of indicators;at the same time,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate BaoDing Citizen-run elderly care institutions Comprehensive and systematic evaluation of service quality,the results show that the service level of BaoDing citizen-run elderly care institutions is average;according to the evaluation results and service supply status,further analysis of the pension service supply of BaoDing citizens-run elderly care institutions from the environment,facilities,service personnel,service content and agency management Existing problems,explore their influencing factors;Finally,according to the research results,existing problems and influencing factors,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service quality of BaoDing citizen-run elderly care institutions in order to promote and optimize the service quality of BaoDing citizen-run elderly care institutions To enhance the level of service pension BaoDing,BaoDing promote the development of pension business,to provide experience for the development of China's pension business.
