Research On Rural Assets Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report to the General Assembly of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of the strategy for rural revitalization,emphasizing the effective link between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and achieving "prosperous industries,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and rich living " Country Revitalization Strategy.This article is based on the perspective of asset construction research,taking D village as the research object,taking rural revitalization as the background,and using the asset construction theory as the basis.It uses a combination of case interviews and field observation methods,from natural resources and physical assets,human resources assets,industry Economic assets,community organization assets,and cultural resources assets are five aspects to study the asset construction practice of Village D and explore the path of rural asset construction under the background of rural revitalization.This article mainly includes five parts,the first part is the introduction part,mainly elaborating the research background,research purpose,research significance,definition of relevant concepts and literature review.The second part is the research design,elaborating the research object,research method and theoretical basis.The third part is the status quo of community assets in Village D.Describe the basic situation of the village of the case,take inventory of the assets of village D from five aspects of natural resources and physical assets,human resources assets,industrial economic assets,community organization assets,cultural resources assets,and build a village asset map of village D.The fourth part is the practice of village D asset construction.Village D cultivates assets by digging out original capital,introducing external capital,and internally cultivating capital.It strengthens grassroots party building and strengthens political capital;improves the rural living environment and enhances physical assets;cultivates the village 's characteristic industries and builds an economy Capital;strengthen villagers 'capacity building and enhance human capital;strengthen rural civilization construction and develop cultural capital;strengthen village collective economy,do a comprehensive backing six types of measures to carry out asset construction practice activities in the context of rural revitalization.The fifth part is the thinking of asset construction helping rural revitalization.Analyzed the challenges faced by Village D in the practice of asset construction,such as village infrastructure to be improved,farmers' cultural and educational quality to be improved,agricultural product sales ability to resist risks to be improved,cultural activity participation and awareness to be improved.Finally,it putsforward the thinking of assisting the rural revitalization through asset construction: in the practice of asset construction,grasp the key points of assets and focus on the development direction;strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations,fight the combination of soft and hard;strengthen the construction of human resources and give full play to the role of the masses;Strengthen the construction of cultural assets to fully stimulate endogenous power.
