Research On The Reciprocity Relationship In Public Welfare Charity

With the continuous reform and improvement of China's social governance system,the government has gradually decentralized the society in many fields and mobilized the public to participate in the coordinated governance of social diversity,which has become an urgent topic to be discussed.Public charity has a positive significance in driving benign social interaction and promoting social harmonious development.As a third-party non-governmental force and a powerful practitioner of public charity,social organizations play an increasingly important role in meeting the needs of social diversification,adjusting the gap between the rich and the poor,alleviating social conflicts,promoting social equity,seeking for public welfare and promoting the social responsibility of citizens.In this context,through the platform of public charity,how to establish and maintain a harmonious and friendly relationship between people,people and society is more worthy of our in-depth discussion.Especially from the perspective of reciprocity theory,it is more necessary and valuable to analyze the internal tension and the "stickiness" effect in the construction of social relationship network of this kind of relationship.The research reveals that the establishment of mutual benefit relationship between the two sides of public charity and the society is helpful to promote the healthy and sustainable development of public charity,which is of great significance for promoting and reflecting on the construction of a modern social governance system.At the same time,it is also beneficial for enriching the practical research of the reciprocity theory and building a new idea for strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community.This paper takes Xinjiang J Public Welfare Alliance as the research object to comprehensively use the literature analysis method,field survey interview method and observation method.First of all,the basic situation of Xinjiang J Public Welfare Alliance is sorted out,and its organizational model and development status are preliminarily grasped;Secondly,it deeply discusses the three mutually beneficial relations between the two sides of the public charity and even the society;Thirdly,it analyzes the reasons why the reciprocal relationship can be consolidated;Finally,it discusses the expansion and extension of the mutual benefit relationship achieved through public charity at various levels.Through research,we find that the essence of reciprocity is not the value of utilitarianism,but the mutuality between you and me.Through the way of public charity,people of all ethnic groups closely connect themselves with others.And private emotions are closely related to social welfare,which makes J Public Welfare Alliance is no longer a simple community of public welfare,but also become an emotional community that links both sides of the public charity and the society.This will not only help to inspire the development of public charity and the innovation of social governance system in Xinjiang,but also provide a new theoretical perspective and experimental attempt to strengthen the community consciousness of the Chinese nation.
