Internet marketing refers to the use of the Internet and other means of pyramid schemes,is a variant of traditional pyramid schemes,or an enhanced version of traditional pyramid schemes.MLM plugged into the wings of the network,spreading faster and developing more people.Internet marketing activities not only seriously disrupting the socialist market economic order,ruining the social atmosphere,making a bad influence to the harmony and stability society,but also adding the mistrust caused by people and other traditional pyramid schemes,and being more deceptive than traditional pyramid schemes.More people involved,more social harm,and worse impact.At the same time,it also undermines Internet integrity,worsens the e-commerce environment,and deepens people's distrust of online shopping consumption.Internet marketing activities are like a virus,but in recent years,China's provinces and cities have frequently sent out good news,and cracked a large number of large-scale network marketing cases such as "Shan Xin Hui" and "Yu Zhongyuan".However,network marketing activities are not because of these.The big case and the case of the case have been smashed,but they have sprung up all over the river.This article starts with the "Yun Ji Pin" extra large network marketing case,combined with the author's many years of work experience in combating pyramid schemes,analyzes the current legal regulations in China and the status of preventing and combating network marketing activities,and proposes a series of practical measures to prevent and combat network marketing.This article is divided into four parts.The first part of the article is the introduction of the whole article.It briefly describes the research background,current situation and shortcomings,the author's view,research content and the main research methods used in this paper.The second part introduces the focus of the process of handling network pyramid schemes by introducing the basic situation of the case involving the author's participation in the investigation.The third part analyzes the focus of the "Yun Ji Pin" network case,which is a qualitative analysis of the behavior of the person involved in the case,and analyzes the crimes involved in the case.The fourth part is through the legal thinking caused by handling network marketing cases,through these legal thinking and solutions,in order to help local governments and related functional departments in China to prevent and combat network marketing activities.
