| The year 2020 marks the 26 th year since China became fully connected to the Internet.Over the past 26 years,the Internet in China has grown from scratch,from weak to strong,and has profoundly changed the way people work and live.Standing at the forefront of world development,Xi Jinping made a full survey on the current situation of China’s Internet development and delivered a series of important speeches,which finally formed Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power,China has made historic achievements in the field of cyber and information technology,and the building of a cyber power has reached a new stage.Specifically,the main theme of cyberspace is strong,the core technology in the field of information are constantly being broken through,and the benefits and dividends of the Internet are fully released.In order to better understand Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power,the main body of this article is divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter is the preface of this article.It mainly explains the topic selection background and the research significance of this paper,domestic and foreign research status of Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power,the research ideas and methods,as well as the difficulties and innovative points of this paper,so as to start the paper.The second chapter is the formation of Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power.The theoretical basis of its formation including the guidance of the basic principle of Marxist methodology,for example,the theory of technological society,the populace history viewpoint,the Ideological theory,the view of talent,the idea of association of free men,etc.In addition,it also includes the inheritance and developments of the Chinese communist’s thought of network in the new period of reform,the inheritance and promotion of Chinese traditional governance thoughts and the reference and absorption of foreign cyberspace governance experience.In terms of the formation process of Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power,it is divided into two stages before and after the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China.With his deepening understanding of the Internet,Xi Jinping has closely linked the strategic goal of building national cyber power with the destiny of the nation.The third chapter is to sort out the core contents of Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power.This chapter is analyzed and sorted from the following five dimensions.First,the people-centered value pursuit of building a network power;Second,accelerating core technology independent innovation is the driving force for building a network power;Third,to create a clear network space is the only way to build a network power;Fourth,to firmly seize the voice of online ideology is the key to building a strong online country;Fifth,building a community of shared destiny in cyber space is an important support for building a network power.The above five dimensions involve politics,economy,culture,diplomacy and other fields,include online and offline,domestic and abroad.The relationship between them is integral and indivisible,and is unified with the overall goal of building a network power.The fourth chapter is the theoretical and practical significance of Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power.In terms of theoretical value,Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power is a creative application of the basic principles of Marxism,a scientific summary and theoretical sublimation of China’s approach to Internet governance,and a systematic solution to the challenges of global cyberspace.In a practical sense,Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power is conducive to promoting the modernization of the governance system and enhancing China’s governance capacity,to creating a clear network space and enhancing the national cultural soft power,and to responding to risks and challenges and realizing the Chinese dream of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The last part of this paper is conclusion,mainly introduces the practical path of Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power.The network is large enough to be promoted as a national strategy and small enough to concern the work and life of every individual.Therefore,the conclusion adopts a macro to micro approach to explore the practical path of Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power from three levels: government,society and netizens.In this way,we can lay a firm foundation and build a new pattern of governance for the cyber power,and finally achieve the goal and vision of making China a powerful internet country. |
