In recent years,drug driving is becoming more and more frequent all over the world,especially in China,which has caused great social harm.In response to this phenomenon,China has issued relevant laws and regulations to restrict,and relevant departments and police around the country have also accumulated experience in drug driving risk management and control in the process of law enforcement,forming relevant countermeasures inseparable from experience.However,compared with the serious consequences caused by drug driving,the current risk control of drug driving is still not in place,the cost of drug driving is still too low,and the overall control effect is not ideal.In order to improve the efficiency of risk management and control of drug driving and improve the effect of management and control,local public security departments have developed a variety of systems and patrol programs.However,most of the current management and control measures are still based on subjective experience or the punishment scheme of drug driving cases investigated in history,and follow the prescribed actions,but the drug driving itself is complex,so the current measures cause the weak pertinence of management and control to a certain extent;in addition,in the risk management and control work of drug driving,the massive data generated by road data collection and other systems are not obtained Effective use,not to play a full role in the actual decision-making.In order to make full use of these big data for decision-making assistance,we must use the emerging data visualization analysis technology.Information dashboard is such a tool that can analyze and visualize data.Its advantage lies in that it can make full use of and analyze multi-source big data and dynamic changing data.By using data fusion and interconnection technology,it can analyze the big data that has not been effectively used.This can further provide more scientific decision-making guidance for risk control of drug driving.Based on the user-centered design concept,integrating information science,information science,public management and other multi-disciplinary fields,this study uses empirical analysis,interview,questionnaire and other methods to analyze the risk control system of drug driving and design and verify the information dashboard.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,based on the user centered design concept and the classic visual analysis process,the design framework of the risk management and control information dashboard of drug driving is summarized and analyzed.It focuses on the theory,data,tools and research methods that are relied on in the three links of demand analysis,prototype design and implementation,and test and evaluation of drug driving risk management and control.So as to provide theoretical guidance and operability for the later empirical research.Then,on the basis of the design framework of the risk management and control information dashboard,the information dashboard is developed based on the data fields of Gansu Province.Specifically,it can be divided into three aspects: first,under the guidance of activity theory,obtain the information requirements related to the risk management and control of drug driving,further analyze the design requirements of the information dashboard,and guide the whole process to iterate with the user-centered idea.Under the guidance of activity theory,the obtained interview results record the relevant data fields of drug driving risk management and control,providing empirical data sources for the development of information dashboard;secondly,based on the results of demand analysis,design functional modules,static prototypes and realize human-computer interaction.In this process,with the help of tableau visualization tools and the full play of user centered design concept,the user's actual use needs are fully met through continuous "design seek feedback" iteration;thirdly,the final human-computer interaction prototype of information dashboard is provided to the user for use,and the user can type the relevant items designed in this study according to the actual use experience Score,the scoring results are intended to reflect whether the information dashboard meets the user's final needs.Based on the above research content,this dissertation designs an information dashboard prototype that can meet the user's needs to improve the efficiency of risk management and control of drug driving,improve the idle status of massive data in the database to a certain extent,and improve the sharing and utilization of relevant information.As a forward move of the whole drug driving management and control,the improvement of its work efficiency also makes the overall drug driving management and control effect significantly improved.The main innovation of this dissertation lies in: first,the introduction of information dashboard to achieve the effective use of massive data related to drug driving,and then assist the drug driving risk management and control staff to make scientific decisions.Secondly,the design of information dashboard is based on the user centered design concept,which ensures that the ultimate needs of users can be maximized.Third,in the demand analysis stage,first use the activity theory to analyze the information demand,obtain the information demand of the staff related to the risk management and control of drug driving,and then carry out the conventional system demand analysis.Finally,the overall context in accordance with the "framework construction-Empirical Research" process,from the theory and tool development two levels to solve the key research issues involved in this dissertation.
