A Study On Prevention Countermeasures Of Vehicle Traffic Accidents On Urban Roads In Guangzhou

In the process of urbanization in China,an important social development trend is the development and popularization of automobiles in Chinese society,from which a series of traffic safety and social development problems are derived.In the urban road network with relatively complex road traffic conditions,this problem is relatively more complex.With the acceleration of China's urbanization and the increasing degree of urban mobility,urban road traffic safety has become a key issue that concerns the personal safety and interests of urban residents.From the historical perspective,the structural contradiction between the lagging road infrastructure,imperfect traffic safety laws and road safety management status and the increasing number of urban motor vehicles has become more and more prominent.Therefore,under the current background of The Times,how to prevent urban road traffic safety accidents is not only the urgent need of The Times development,but also the necessary to promote the social and economic development and the construction of a harmonious society.With the further acceleration of China's urbanization process and the increasing degree of urban motorization,urban road traffic safety is increasingly becoming a key issue that affects the speed of urban development and the quality of life of the vast number of residents.This paper adopts literature research method,comparative analysis method,data analysis method and so on as the research methods,takes the new public management thought as the theoretical sentence,and takes Guangzhou city road motor vehicle traffic accident as the research object.The whole research process is based on observing the current situation,analyzing the problems,analyzing the causes,and proposing improvement measures.On the basis of referring to the foreign traffic accident prevention and management system,this paper puts forward improvement measures from three aspects: road administration construction,traffic management department and new public governance concept.Finally after back to the framework of "new public administration",summarizes the full text,think to achieve the goal of effective prevention of Guangzhou city road traffic safety accident,first of all government departments should change ideas,build diverse participation main body to build the social participation of road traffic safety management mechanism,to mobilize nongovernmental departments and of the citizen's social responsibility and integration of all social channel resources to prevent the happening of the urban road traffic safety accident,from the people,the environment,such as roads,vehicles,laws and regulations,to common governance,under the guidance of new public management thought,the implementation of preventive measures of urban road motor vehicle accidents.
