| The innovation of artificial intelligence technology has brought unprecedented embarrassment to personal life,enterprise manufacturing and national development,but it has also increased the complexity of current social operation and brought new challenges to the country's legal system.The use of artificial intelligence to generate content has become a reality,forcing the copyright law to respond to the application of artificial intelligence for content generation.How to determine the content generated by artificial intelligence from the legal level is the key to the subsequent rights.At the same time,the use of artificial intelligence to generate content is a new form of creation,and whether the current copyright law can cope with its impact also requires the academic community to respond.This paper begins to analyze the technical principle of artificial intelligence generated content,and clarifies how artificial intelligence generates content.Then,from the composition of the work to analyze the legal genre of the content generated by artificial intelligence.Through analysis and argumentation,it is concluded that the content generated by artificial intelligence belongs to the category of works on copyright law.Under the premise of determining that the artificial intelligence generated content can be protected by the existing copyright law,according to the provisions of the copyright acquisition system and the law of industrial development,the conclusion that the user enjoys the most reasonable rights is obtained. |
