Empirical Study On Seal Identification

In today's society,with the development of social economy,seals are widely used in various fields of society,especially when some important contracts,agreements and other documents are signed,stamping has become an indispensable procedure.In the process of stamping,stamping force,direction of stamping force,amount of printing,stamping medium and liner often affect the stamping force,which makes the stamping text change to a certain extent,resulting in some non-essential differences and periodic changes of characteristics different from the normal seal,thus interfering with the appraisers' opinions.In this paper,the author takes rubber seals as the research object,and through empirical research,analyses the influence of seal condition change on seal and its change law,which provides experimental basis for seal identification practice.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter gives an overview of seal identification.It briefly elaborates seal identification from the concepts of seal and seal,the history of seal development,and the scientific basis of seal identification.It provides a theoretical basis for the later study on the change of seal characteristics of rubber seals.The second chapter is an overview of the identification of rubber seals.It gives a detailed introduction to the definition of rubber seals,the process of making rubber seals,the system of seal features and the methods and key points of rubber seals identification.It follows the above and paves the way for the following experimental analysis.The third chapter is an empirical study on the characteristics of rubber stamp under different stamping conditions,which is the core part of this paper.It mainly focuses on the purpose of the experiment,experimental methods,specific operation of the experiment and the analysis of the experimental results,and analyses the characteristics and changing rules of the stamp under different stamping conditions.The fourth chapter compares the change of stamp characteristics of rubber seals with the change of stamp durability of rubber seals,analyzes the meaning of the diachronic character,the diachronic character,as well as how to separate the change of print character and diachronic change,and so on.This paper discusses and summarizes the characteristics of rubber seal and the diachronic character of rubber seal.Through the analysis and discussion of practical cases,we further understand the similarities and differences between stamp change characteristics and diachronic change characteristics.The fifth chapter is the analysis of practical cases and the summary of the key points of relevant problems.In this chapter,through the analysis of two cases involving the identification of rubber seals encountered in the practice of forensic identification,we further understand the influence of the change of seal conditions and diachronic characteristics on the identification of seal identity.At the same time,we also summarize the rubber seals based on the experimental analysis data of the change of seal characteristics caused by the change and diachronic changes mentioned above.The key points of inspection that should be paid attention to in seal identification provide a more comprehensive theoretical and experimental support for relevant forensic experts.
