Study On The Implementation Of Food Safety Responsibility In Ningbo Based On Government Regulation

At present,there are many crises in the food industry,and all kinds of food safety incidents happen frequently.The main reason is the anomie of business ethics and the lack of main responsibility for food safety.The enterprise is the economy,and the profit is the goal.Food is a product that concerns everyone’s life and health.As a food enterprise,we must fulfill the main responsibility that we must bear while gaining profits.The food safety law clearly stipulates that the main body responsible for food safety is the main body responsible for food safety.If food enterprises pursue profits unilaterally,and neglect,or even avoid the responsibility of food safety subject,enterprises will not only face the crisis in the imbalance of interests and responsibilities,but also bring serious harm to the society and consumers.The paper takes the implementation of the main responsibility of food enterprises as the research object,expounds the current situation of the implementation of the main responsibility and the existing problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,and combines the experience of the domestic and foreign,and points out the countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen the responsibility of the main body of food enterprises in the perspective of government supervision.The thesis is divided into six chapters: The first part is the introduction,which including the background and significance of the topic,the literature review at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods.The second part is the basic theory,including defining the subject responsibility,food safety subject responsibility and food safety subject responsibility implementation,and analyzing the necessity and significance of implementing the subject responsibility of food enterprises from the perspective of information asymmetry theory,public product theory and externality theory.The third part expounds the status quo of Ningbo’s food industry and the implementation of the main responsibility of food enterprises,the measures taken,the existing problems and the corresponding causes,providing the direction and basis for the next step of the research on countermeasures and Suggestions.The fourth part introduces the experience at home and abroad and summarizes the enlightenment to Ningbo.The fifth part puts forward systematic countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation of the main responsibility of food enterprises in Ningbo from the perspective of government supervision.The sixth part is the conclusion.
