Research On Development Strategies Of Service Community Education Of Ningde RTVU At Grass-roots Level

In the age of knowledge explosion,school education could not satisfy residents' needs for continuing education.Governments at all levels are promoting the development of life-long education,and actively improving the building of a learning society,which will be the trend of our society.Through long-term development,community education has provided help to complete many achievements in China's economic and social development.However,China's community education started late and developed relatively slowly.Especially in some areas where economic and social development is relatively backward,the development of community education is still lagging.There isn't a systematic and comprehensive development model in these backward areas.This has impacted the overall quality of residents in economically backward areas and cannot provide effective intellectual support for the economic and social development in these areas.Based on some investigation methods like,literature research method,comparative approach,and survey research method,this paper summarizes the current situation and effect of the basic radio and TV universitiesserving community education in Ningde and concludes the problems and causes of it,so as to put forward the effective strategies to enhance the development of the basic radio and TV universities serving community education in Ningde.This study believes that Ningde should improve the system of policies and regulations,strengthen the workforce,optimize the teaching management and innovate the learning carriers to promote the development of community education,especially in economically backward areas,support regional economic development and help China complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
