Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of County Patrol Work

According to the newly revised Constitution of the Communist Party of China,the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Internal Oversight,Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Inspection Work and other relevant provisions,municipal and county-level units set up inspection work leading groups to promote inspection work,to realize the full coverage of all civil servants who exercise public power and to strengthen governance of corruption around the people.By inspection,we can realize the goal of promoting government integrity and deterrence to public sectors and then improve the public sectors' service quality.At present,inspection work has not run for long and central government's inspection experience may not become adaptive to locals by simply copying.This paper studies the problems and countermeasures in the process of county-level inspection work from the perspective of public management.This paper describes the research background and significance of inspiration work in detail.By combing the literature of inspiration work,our research methods,objects,steps and the innovation of the paper are clarified.Some inspiration concepts,the connection and distinction between them and other related concepts are explained.Setting theory of county's inner-party supervision and collaborative governance as two foundations which provide the theoretical basis for the paper research.Taking the inspiration work in L County as an example,this paper expounds the general situation of the inspiration work in L County,including the construction of the inspiration organization,the running of the inspiration work and some specific measures being carried out.Combined with my own thinking,this paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes in the process of L County's inspiration work.The problems lie in three aspects: management of inspiration group,the process of finding problem clues and the follow-up promotion of inspiration work results.The causes liein some aspects such as inspiration system construction and personnel training.Through analysis of the problems and causes in L County's inspiration work,this paper puts forward countermeasures for county-level inspiration work from the aspects of strengthening the design of inspiration work system,strengthening the construction of inspiration group,improving inspiration work methods,promoting the rectification and supervision work vigorously,ensuring the results of inspiration work and so on.
