Case Work Intervention To Improve The Maladjustment Of The Elderly In The New Apartment

With the development of the society and the progress of The Times,as well as the characteristics of the aging population in China,the pension problem of the elderly is not only determined by the simple individual will,but also a problem that needs the support of social science,the service level,economic cost,resource connection and other aspects of thinking to solve.Living In the elderly apartment and other pension institutions pension has become a trend,more and more old people go to the institution pension,some old people go to the apartment pension not out of choice but out of desperation,Some maladjustment situations will also occur when the elderly cannot integrate into the apartment well,this affected the lives of his personal family and other elderly people in his apartment.Therefore,the most important thing to promote the integration of the elderly into the elderly apartments is to intervene and solve the problems of maladjustment.There are certain advantages and necessity for social work to intervene with its professional ideas and scientific methods.Under the guidance of the dominant perspective theory,ABC theory and energy increasing theory,this study conducted a research on the new residents of L apartment for the aged.The research object of this paper is the newly admitted elderly with maladaptive problems in the familiar period.By means of case work,the author analyzes the problems and needs assessment,tries to promote the integration of the newly admitted elderly into the apartment life,and provides methods to solve the maladjustment of the elderly,and reflects on the different solutions of the clients in different backgrounds.This paper is divided into five parts;the first part is the introduction part mainly includes the background of the research literature review research design theoretical basis and research significance.The second part is the preliminary preparation of the case intervention,including the observation of the apartment environment and the analysis of the necessity and advantages of the case intervention.The third and fourth parts are the practical part of case intervention.The author conducts case intervention by establishing the need assessment of the connection and the objective and plan of the case.The last partconcludes that by helping the client to focus on superior resources to reduce the unreasonable belief of the client to stimulate the client's potential and ability to fulfill the client's wish,several aspects can promote the client to integrate into the apartment life and reduce the idea of leaving the apartment and the maladjustment of life.Then,the experience in the research process is sorted out from four aspects,including the sample selection,interview skills,and reflection on the problems arising from the process of intervention.
