During the Anti-Japanese War period,the Communist Party of China faced a huge crisis in the spread of the party's image: The domestic Chiang Kai-shek KMT government completely blocked the Soviet Union 's Soviet area and used false propaganda to distort the true image of the Communist Party of China..Under such a grim situation,American journalist Edgar Snow first broke through the Kuomintang blockade and entered the "Red China" to conduct an interview and report on the Chinese Communist Party.Through news reports and works such as "Red Star Shining in China",the Chinese Communist Party was resolved.The predicament faced by external communication resolved the image crisis faced by the Communist Party,showed the true image of the Communist Party at home and abroad,reversed the situation of public opinion,and won the understanding and support of the international community.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly includes three aspects.It studies the background and significance of Snow's external communication of the CCP's image during the Anti-Japanese War.The main research methods and innovations used.The second chapter mainly discusses the motivation of Snow's spread of the CCP's image to the outside during the Anti-Japanese War;the third chapter summarizes the outline of the interview about the image of the Communist Party of China prepared by Snow before entering the Soviet Area,combined with Snow's "Red Star Shining to China" Describepolitical leaders,policies,typical groups,etc.to discuss the three dimensions of Snow 's role in shaping the image of the Communist Party of China during the War of Resistance Against Japan;A good "little story" dilutes the propaganda color,interprets the "different culture" symbol,cultural differences in customer service,pays attention to legend,adds reading interest,actively sets issues to reverse foreign public opinion,etc.,making foreign readers' understanding of the image of the Communist Party more accurate.The publication of "Red Stars Shining in China" attracted a large number of foreign friends to come to the Soviet Union to report on the combined forces of external communication,which made the true image of the Communist Party even more popular.The fifth chapter discusses the significance of Snow in the report of the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese War,including historical significance and practical reference,in order to provide inspiration for the dissemination of party image in China in the new era.The concluding part summarizes the reasons for Snow's success in spreading the CCP's image to the outside world,and the methods Snow used in spreading to the outside world still have reference significance for the spread of the image of the party in China today.
