Research On Administrative Supervision Of Personal Help Network Fund-raising Platform

In recent years,with the increasing popularity of the Internet,online fund-raising has also been rapidly developed,among which personal help network fund-raising has become the most popular way of charity in contemporary society,and has been widely concerned.However,while providing convenient and effective service for people,the network fund-raising environment of personal help-seeking is exposed to some drawbacks due to its own virtual characteristics and inadequate supervision of the network fund-raising platform.These shortcomings are highlighted in the personal help network fund-raising platform access qualification audit loopholes,platform obligations and responsibilities are not clear,platform audit formalization is difficult to ensure the true information There are some problems such as the lack of restriction and management of fund-raising amount,the phenomenon of fraud and fraud,and the imperfect information disclosure mechanism.The existing relevant laws and regulations such as the Charitable Law of the people's Republic of China issued in 2016,although it can play a certain role in the standardization of online fund-raising,but its regulation of individual recourse network fund-raising platform has a more obvious failure phenomenon,can not fundamentally and effectively solve the above problems.This paper analyzes the existing problems of the personal help network fund-raising platform in our country,probes into the causes of such problems in the platform,and puts forward some suggestions toeffectively standardize the supervision of the platform,hoping to promote the benign development of the personal help network fund-raising in our country,and also a stable and orderly network fund-raising environment in our country.This paper starts from the definition of personal help network fund-raising platform,discusses the existing problems based on the platform,analyzes the causes of the existing problems of the platform,and finally studies the feasible measures to solve such problems from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement,administrative supervision and guidance.
