In the current era,information network technology develops rapidly,and science and technology has been regarded as a double-edged sword.While enriching people's lives,it is easy to hitch a ride on technological progress.Criminals use communication networks to commit crimes.To detect and deal with the telecom network fraud crime has added a lot of frustrations.Especially in judicial practice,there are many difficulties in dealing with cases of fraud ring.Telecom network fraud cases often have numerous victims,resulting in extremely poor results.How to accurately recognize the prime culprit and accessory of telecom network fraud crime,determine the telecom network involved in the crime of fraud crime and crime number that is frequently encountered problems in practice,as well as academic research on this type of crime is very concerned about.This paper studies the above problems in combination with relevant literatures and legal theories.Apart from the introduction,this paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter analyzes the concept,type and characteristics of telecom network fraud.The second chapter focuses on the identification of the main criminals in the telecom network fraud crime.Analyze the responsibility of the three special roles that appear in the fraud group.This paper expounds some controversial theories about the nature of common crime in the theory of common crime.Secondly,the author discusses the principal and other principal offenders,and makes further analysis on the identification of the perpetrator and the accomplice.The third chapter mainly analyzes the identification of the amount of joint crime of fraud in telecommunication network.The fourth chapter combines the relevant knowledge of the crime number and analyzes the viewpoints of the author and puts forward the author's opinion.
