Food and nutrition is the material basis of human survival and health.College students are in a critical period of growth and development.Their metabolism?thinking?energy and physical activity is more than before.Learning task is tense and difficult.However,the military university students is one of the special group.Besides working hard like ordinary college student,they are need to shoulder sacred mission.So,It plays a vital role that reasonable dietary intake ensures the healthy of the students.A study found that in recent years,college students poor nutritional status and dietary status is a problem.We investigate college students' nutritional status to guide the students' more reasonable and balanced diet by a special method.In the 1970 s Knownledge-Attitude-Practise investigation in the fields of nutrition provides an effective means on understanding of community nutrition.This study aimed at military school students this special group.500 male students are selected from grade one and grade two to four to participate in the dietary survey by cluster random sampling.Investigate understands college students ‘s Knowledge-Attitude-Practise by KAP questionnaire cadets.The two dining mode of students per one per day are analyzed one bye one in the main energy material?minerals?Vitamins.Compared with the standard,Whether they meet the standard and how to improve.Dietary nutrition intervention to students carry on the comparison to the intervention group and the control group students,explore the before and after the intervention on the improvement of the students physical situation,establishes a set of the dietary patterns according with the characteristics of cadets dietary.The survey results show that KAP scores in grade one board canteens students higher than non-board canteens students.This suggests that the freshmen pay more attention on knowledge,attitude and behavior than other grade students.Although most students attitude is positive,but there are still some bad eating habits,such as salt intake too much,inadequate water intake,and meat intake too much and vegetables less problems are needed to be improved.(2)On dietary nutrients intake,energy supply has exceeded the standard per one per day,the protein and fat over the standard,especially in the oil more than twice the standard,lower the proportion of carbohydrates for energy.Dietary minerals calcium intake ratio is low.The intake of iron,zinc,selenium has reached the standard requirements.(3)The intake of vitamin B1 have not reached the standard,and the intake of vitamin A,B2,E,nicotinic acid has reached the standard or exceed the standard.This shows that the food should be appropriately increased in milk,beans,and seafood supply,reduce oil and salt intake,increase the supply of staple food and different grains to supplyment the lack of vitamin B1,thus more comprehensive improve the students' s nutritional status.
