This study is mainly aimed at the geological exploration units in Hunan Province.Because of their different incentive performance allocation patterns,the organizational structure is more complicated and has the special nature of combining public welfare and profit.Based on the 402 teams of geological and mineral exploration and Development Bureau of Hunan Province and the actual situation of 402 teams in the geological and mineral exploration and Development Bureau of Hunan Province,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,curve estimation and multivariate regression analysis.In the course of research,it mainly starts from four aspects: first,the design questionnaire,200 employees of their different age,position,annual income,incentive performance income,position level,family financial burden,incentive performance pay intensity and reward performance distribution mode satisfaction,incentive performance evaluation coefficient reasonable degree,assessment procedure Fairness,The reward performance distribution fairness and so on each aspect carries on the questionnaire survey with its objective salary data as the sample,makes the analysis to find its existence insufficiency as well as the reason which produces the insufficiency.The second is to apply the theory of incentive mechanism to the design of the new incentive performance distribution model.Third,according to the interview with the staff to determine the new incentive performance design principles,so as to formulate a new incentive performance pay mechanism allocation model implementation plan.Four is through the unit approves the concrete implementation after carries on the research to the employee sampling survey result,and compares with the previous reward performance distribution pattern.Through the above studies,incentive performance allocation is scientifically and reasonably carried out in order to improve the incentive performance management level of geological survey units in Hunan Province.Hunan Province to improve the enthusiasm of staff of geological exploration institutions,Hunan Province,geological exploration institutions to retain talent,and thus promote the harmonious and efficient development of geological exploration institutions in Hunan Province.
