Research On Exposure Law Enforcement

In the current era of information technology background,the disciplinary information has become a common means of regulation.In the enforcing law field,exposure law enforcement is very commom It regulates the illegal acts of the relative person.It appears in many fields such as food safety,traffic safety,product quality,environmental protection,price standards,foreign trade,public health and so on,and it has achieved good regulation effect in practice.While exposure law enforcement has achieved good results,its drawbacks have gradually emerged.The violation of the rights of relatives,the violation of the basic principles of law enforcement and the unpredictability of the effectiveness of law enforcement have become difficult problems.This paper explores the phenomenon of exposure law enforcement in practice through a comprehensive study of exposure law enforcement.From the perspective of functional analysis of exposure law enforcement,study the problems in exposure law enforcement.Based on this,the legal control measures for improving the exposure law enforcement are proposed to help the exposed law enforcement in practice to play a more positive role.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part starts with a description of the phenomenon of exposing law enforcement,analyzing the text and the practice of exposure law enforcement in practice to lead to problems.Explain the connotation of exposure law enforcement by discussing the purpose,content and scope of exposure law enforcement,and discussthe qualitative problem of exposure law enforcement.Through the analytic analysis of the internal structure of exposure law enforcement,the dual attributes of exposure law enforcement are proposed.In order to have a more intuitive impression of the law enforcement of exposure,this paper classifies the various types of exposure law enforcement in practice into three categories: exposure law enforcement with administrative penalties,exposure law enforcement with public warning nature,and exposure law enforcement as a means of administrative enforcement.According to this type of division,the dual functions of exposure law enforcement are summarized,which lays the foundation for the functional analysis of the exposure law enforcement that will be carried out later.The second part of this paper starts from the analysis of the function of exposure law enforcement,and discusses the mechanism of exposure law enforcement.Combined with the theory of signal transmission,the operating logic of exposure law enforcement is different from the traditional law enforcement method.The three parties are involved: the administrative organs,the administrative counterparts and the public,and the intervention of the public makes the exposure law enforcement run.The public played an important role in the exposure law enforcement.Based on this,this paper further discusses the discussion on why exposure law enforcement can achieve better regulation effects,and the reasons for the rise of exposure law enforcement.In the third part,this paper discusses the problems in the law enforcement of exposure.It proposes that there are three main problems in the law enforcement of exposure: first,excessive violation of individual rights,second,violation of the basic principles of law enforcement,and third,the effectiveness of law enforcement is difficult to predict.By combining relevant cases,this paper conducts an argumentation analysis on the causes and harms of these three problems,and lays a foundation for the proposed improvement measures.Based on the issues detailed in the fourth part of the above section,the discussion on the improvement measures of exposure law enforcement is carried out to help the exposure law enforcement to better play its role in practice.Improvementmeasures are proposed from the two levels of legislation and law enforcement,including substantive law and procedural law recommendations.At the end of the paper,the relief channels that the relief system can be broadened are proposed to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the relatives.
