| Today’s world is in the midst of great changes that have not been seen in a century.Cyberspace is increasingly becoming an important area of global governance.Today,with the rapid development of cyberspace,the vast amount of Internet information content has made great changes in people’s communication,life and language expression.But at the same time,all kinds of illegal information are also growing,causing trouble to people’s lives.So,how to manage the Internet information content is a major topic that the government,as an administrative organ,must answer.In particular,the municipal local government is in an important position as a link between the preceding and the following in the administrative management system,so it is of great significance to do a good job in this level of management.This paper comprehensively uses the literature research method,case study method and investigation research method.The research object is the supervision and law enforcement of Internet illegal information content in Q City.The first part analyzes the preliminary results achieved in the supervision and law enforcement of Internet illegal information content in Q City.The second part sorts out and summarizes the problems existing in the supervision and law enforcement of Internet illegal information content in Q City.The third part deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems in the supervision and enforcement of Internet illegal information content in Q City from four dimensions: the national legal system,the regulatory department’s institutional mechanism,the law enforcement team,and the law enforcement environment.The fourth part,according to the causes of the existing problems,puts forward four countermeasures to improve the system construction,rationalize the supervision and law enforcement system,strengthen the construction of law enforcement capacity,and promote the construction of the network comprehensive governance system. |
