Study On Emergency Management Of Metro Epidemic Dissemination In Xuzhou

In the current society,the accelerating process of urbanization has increased the pressure on urban traffic.The urban rail transit has the advantages of safety and punctuality,which can effectively alleviate the traffic pressure of the city.More and more cities are beginning to build urban rail transit.Most of the urban rail transit lines are located underground(metro),and the space is relatively closed.It is difficult to evacuate people in the event of an epidemic,such as the spread of epidemics.It spreads rapidly and is difficult to control when the relevant epidemic breaks out.Therefore,doing a good job in emergency management of metro epidemic dissemination,is conducive to ensuring the safe operation of the metro and the stability and harmony of the society.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Based on the related concepts of emergency management and epidemic dissemination and the related theories of emergency management,this paper analyzes the particularity and necessity of emergency management of metro epidemic dissemination.Using citespace software to analyze domestic related papers on emergency management of metro epidemic dissemination,through the presentation keywords co-occurrence map and research institutions co-existing maps and other findings of domestic research on metro epidemic emergency management are insufficient.Based on the main concepts and related theories,the use of crisis management 4R theory on Xuzhou metro epidemic dissemination.The management status is sorted out,and the problems existing at the current stage and the causes of the problems are analyzed through interviews and field research.Next,the useful experience of the emergency management of public emergencies in foreign countries is used for reference,and the experience of Tokyo's disposal of “sarin gas incidents” is cited.There are shortcomings in the emergency management of metro epidemic dissemination.Finally,based on the 4R theory,the countermeasures for improving the emergency management of Xuzhou metro epidemic dissemination are proposed.The countermeasures are proposed from the four perspectives of reduction,readiness,response and recovery to ensure the safe operation of urban rail transit.The dissertation has 8 figures,2 tables,48 references.
