Study On System Of Investigation And Processing On Work Safety Accident

After safe accidents occurring,by investigating the subject of the accident,we could work out the cause of it,define the responsibility of it,and ascertain the preventive actions of it.In order to achieve the goal of preventing and decreasing safety accents in production,the investigation of which is a kind of systematic job,as a consequence,it is of great significance for ensuring the safety during production to improve the investigation system of safety accidents.In term of the subject of the accident investigation,the members of the accident investigation group collided with the avoidance system,which led to the question of the authority and impartiality of the investigation conclusion.As the organ of legal supervision,the People's Procuratorate exercises the procuratorial power independently according to law.Besides,expanding the range of supervision could make it playing a more important role in the accident investigation.In term of the accident investigation procedures,Firstly,the legitimacy is lacking.Secondly,the parties of the accident cannot achieve effective protection by means of current accident investigation procedures.In this thesis,we can achieve the goal that is to improve the procedures of accident investigation by establishing a kind of mode that separates the technical investigation and the responsibility investigation and constructing an independent mode of accident investigation.In term of accident investigation hearings,we improve the application of the principle of due procedure in the accident investigation process.On the other hand,we build the hearing system in the process of accident investigation to protect parties' rights.
