Research On Preservation Evidence Notary In The Age Of "Internet +"

The arrival of Age of "Internet +" has changed China's current situation,brought a technological revolution to China,also huge benefits to China,provided people with convenient life,and changed people's way of life.Obviously,while bringing convenience,it has had an impact on the ancient notary public line.The relatively conservative notary industry has not been ready in the coming times.The methods and methods of providing evidence for preservation have not been able to meet the people's preservation needs,and the technology person is backward.The lack of talents,the Conservative thinking restrict the development of notarization,how to re-start in the new environment,and the need for notaries to strengthen their efforts.This paper aims to put forward its own rationality suggestions through research,practice and operation of its theory.This paper was divided into four parts: The first chapter was to explain the concept and characteristics of the preservation of evidence notarization,mainly related to the content of traditional preservation of evidence notarization;the second chapter was the preservation of the existence of notary public institutions in the foundation of the first chapter The evidence was notarized and classified,and the related issues were elaborated,and the notarization documents were briefly embodied.The third Chapter was Internet + preservation of evidence new evidence,analyze its causes and development methods;the fourth Chapter was the problem of Internet + preservation evidence notarization and the solution,from the problems and methods to specifically discuss,mainly for the future development of rationalization recommendations.
