The preservation of evidence notary business as a notary type of statutory bodies,in the socio-economic development and people’s daily life plays an increasinglyimportant role．As notarization institutions lack of publicity, notarization system inthe entire country in the absence of an independent legal system status，and otherreasons，although notarization institutions in the lottery draw，stock transfer, sale,and many other social homing in the hot frequent intervention, but the general publicis still on the social system is not notarized very understanding． This paperpractising notary from the perspective of trying to preserve the notarized evidencerelated theories and practices on the operation，and explore how timely and efficientmanlier to the evidence collection, preservation and fixed，give full play to preservenotarized evidence destroyed to prevent the loss，prevention of disputes and reducethe role of the proceedings，hoped that the broad masses of activities can bring someenlightenment to the parties to enable them to actively make we of notarized thepresclvation of evidence means better safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.The paper firstly introduces the concept of notarization of evidencepreservation,characteristics of the law, the legal effect; then introduces sevenkinds of evidence preservation notarization in judicial practice; finally pointsout the notarization of evidence preservation problems and suggestions, andpromote the further development of the evidence preservation notarization.
