The Young Pioneers Reform Plan points out that one of the main goals of the reform of the Young Pioneers is to make young pioneers like the Young Pioneers better,to enhance their sense of honor and sense of belonging,and to further enhance their attraction and cohesion.For a long time,due to the lack of understanding of the Young Pioneers' work,the Young Pioneers' education has been confused with school teaching and moral education.As a result,the Young Pioneers' lack of deep understanding of the implied meaning of the Young Pioneers' logo and etiquette,the Young Pioneers' vulgar emotional acknowledgement of the Young Pioneers' organization,and the insufficient enthusiasm of the members to participate in activities are all outstanding problems that cannot be optimistic.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore effective cultivation models and strategies for young pioneers' sense of honor,so as to provide effective reference for counselors to carry out their work.According to the phenomenon that young pioneers' sense of honor is weak in practice,the author finds that the lack of deep experience in activities is an important reason for the lack of sense of honor through combing the relevant literature and practical observation.Combined with the age characteristics,cognitive development rules and life reality of children and adolescents,and finally taking deep experience as a breakthrough,the author comprehensively analyzes deep experience from four dimensions of goal,content,method and level,and tries to explore effective modes and strategies for cultivating young pioneers' sense of honor.Therefore,it is of dual significance to enrich the theoretical research on the organization of the Young Pioneers in theory and to guide schools to carry out the education of the Young Pioneers in practice.This research breaks through the traditional single and scattered analysis perspective and establishes a triple vision framework of information society,learning science and allround development.It takes curriculum,learning and development as the basic analysis points and is more complete.From the perspective of "knowledge-psychology",based on the theory of organizational identity,Vygotsky's theory of children's cognition and development and Cooper's theory of experiential learning,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the sense of honor by integrating history and logic,which is more rational in learning.Returning to the reality of education,the author collected and sorted out the practical data by using the combination of field observation and interview methods,and finally constructed three cultivation modes of returning to life's personal experience,continuously constructed practical experience and deeply understood reflective experience,and three cultivation strategies of strengthening meaning understanding education,enhancing emotional incentive education and strengthening role experience education,which are more practical and scientific.Under the condition that all children join the team,the young pioneers' sense of honor is no longer more advanced and better than who.The new era has different connotations.Therefore,under the new conditions,studying the cultivation of young pioneers' sense of honor effectively answers the difficult problem of what kind of new generation to cultivate and how to cultivate new generation,which is conducive to highlighting the unique value of young children in the big pattern.The research on the cultivation of young pioneers' sense of honor based on in-depth experience provides a new perspective for young pioneers' activities and a new way of thinking for young pioneers' organizations to "focus on their main responsibilities".It is not only a respect for and development of teaching rules,but also an active response to the challenges of the times.It is also a concrete manifestation of students' dominant position in activities.
