Introspection And Perfection Of Russian Foreign Investment Federal Law

Today's world is in the era of globalization.Due to the increasing competition and the strengthening of intergovernmental economic links,foreign investment has become more important in the economic development of a country.However,nowadays international investment law is one of the most complex and dynamic areas of legal science.The private law nature of investment relations and the relationship with the public law of the countries seeking investment cooperation raise questions about the status of investment law in general legal science.Now private international law is bound by national legislation and international agreements,which are designed to harmonize the laws of different countries and resolve conflicts.The current research is a comprehensive study of foreign investment legislation and private foreign direct investment law issues.In this context the author defines the role and status of foreign investment legislation in the Russian legal system,introduces the international legal aspects of foreign investment supervision,and proves the civil law nature of investment legal relations.This research also analyzes the meaning and system of Russia's foreign investment legislation.It provides an examination of the characteristics of Russia's current foreign investment legislation system,analyzes the foreign investment laws and regulations,and makes a comparative analysis of China's latest foreign investment law and Russia's foreign investment law.Through the analysis of relevant academic materials and comprehensive research of relevant national laws and regulations,this paper seeks to resolve the most urgent private direct investment laws and regulations.It also reviews and analyzes China's foreign investment law and Russia's federal foreign investment law.Research on Russian investment legislation shows that there are unresolved issues in related legislation,which hinder the further improvement of foreign investment laws and regulations.Also this research examines China's legal regulations on foreign investment,the structure and characteristics of draft laws,and the importance of establishing a unified foreign investment law in China.Taking this as a reference,an improvement plan for Russia's foreign investment law is proposed.
