"One country, two systems",is an important theory put forward by China for the peaceful reunification of the country."One country, two systems" has been implemented in Hong Kong for more than two decades, and Hong Kong's economy and society have achieved considerable development and progress. This also proves that "one country, two systems" has strong vitality, can withstand practical tests and historical tests, and is suitable for solving China's unification Good system for problems. However,in the "one country, two systems",the balance between "one country" and "two systems" still needs further grasp.Hong Kong society is more inclined to emphasize "two systems",and the practice of "one country, two systems" for more than20 years has indeed strengthened Hong Kong's local awareness and weakened its identity with one country to a certain extent. This is mainly reflected in the lack of a certain degree of comprehensive control rights in the "one country, two systems",which in turn affects the existing endogenous identification factors in Hong Kong and the volatile identification factors for more than two decades. These identification objects of the central government are biased and weakened. This article takes the current issue of Hong Kong's identity as a starting point.Through a carding analysis,it is concluded that the current Hong Kong identity is not ideal because of the lack of supporting systems for the implementation of relevant regulatory powers in the "one country, two systems".The necessity and rationality of effective regulation. In the analysis of the cause, based on the rich research results of the predecessors, the force field theory is used to try to incorporate many factors that affect Hong Kong's identity into an analytical framework and display it in the form of a distinction between driving force and restraining force.Demonstrate the complex interactions between the various factors to gain a deeper understanding of the current identity of Hong Kong society. At the same time,it also explains that in the countermeasures,we should also focus on integrated thinking, and work on improving the driving force and less restraint. In the part of countermeasures, this article believes that we should first make a division of the current state of affairs in Hong Kong from a cognitive level, and distinguish between the common problems in the operation of the institutional mechanism and the special problems of pure violence and irrational behavior. In the design of the specific system,we can unite our compatriots who love Hong Kong as much as possible, and jointly resist the extreme forces of the tendency toseparate. For the specific system, this article believes that we must start with the promotion of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's national security legislation and the reform of Hong Kong's political system,so as to achieve unwavering adherence to the bottom line of "one country" and the protection of the patriotic and loving Hong Kong people to take charge of the country and realize the central government.Combining control with laws with a high degree of autonomy in Hong Kong.Secondly,it is necessary to go one step further to "open" the Mainland to Hong Kong, reduce barriers between Hong Kong people and the Mainland, and enjoy the same national treatment as mainland residents in the Mainland, and apply national laws.
