A Research On Lai Chuanzhu's Military Political Work Thought

Lai Chuanzhu(1910-1965),a native of Ganxian,Jiangxi province,was an outstanding senior general of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.In 1955,the Central Military Commission conferred him the Admiral rank.During the period of democratic revolution,he organized and launched the Dabu Uprising in Gannan,He has successively served as the political Commissar of the Red Army on league and division rank,the multi-level chief of staff of the New Fourth Army,the political Commissar of the Northeast Field Army column,the political commissar of military rank,the political commissar of the Corps and so on.Although there are many researches on General Lai Chuanzhu in the academic circle at present,there is not enough attention on his long-term military political work,and lack necessary thematic research either.For this reason,this paper takes "the study on Lai Chuanzhu's military political work thought " as the topic,and carries out the research on Lai Chuanzhu's military political work thought system,which can not only make up for the important deficiency of Lai Chuanzhu's historical research,but also has certain academic and practical value for doing well the military political work in the new era.The research of the whole paper is based on The Diary of General Lai Chuanzhu(1934-1945,Volume I and Volume II)and the existing research findings about General Lai Chuanzhu in the academic circle.This paper is composed of four parts,and promotes the research of Lai Chuanzhu's military political work thought systematically from three aspects.Chapter one is the introduction part.Through untangling and analyzing the existing research literature about the theory of military political work,Lai Chuanzhu's military career and political work at home and abroad,this paper points out that it still lack enough attention on the research about Lai Chuanzhu's military political work thought and the necessary thematic research.In addition,this part puts forward the framework of the whole article and the research train of thought.Chapter two is about the three foundation of Lai Chuanzhu's military political work thought,namely,historical foundation,realistic foundation and practical foundation.This part is mainly organized from Lai Chuanzhu's life and growth experiences,the main experiences of participating in the revolutionary struggle,and the rich practice of engaging in military political work.Through analyzing these experiences,find out that Lai Chuanzhu's military political work thought is the accumulation of his early life experiences and his rich political work practice,also is the product of the organic combination of Marxist theory of people's army construction and rich revolutionary practice.Chapter three is the main content of Lai Chuanzhu's military political work thought.It discusses Lai Chuanzhu's military political work thought,which mainly includes the following four aspects: the proportion of political work in military work,the importance of political and ideological education,the key role of establishing a model company,and the military style construction against subjectivism and bureaucracy.Chapter four is about the contribution of Lai Chuanzhu's military political work thought to military construction.He has made a great contribution on providing historical experience for the political work of the People's Army and promoting the development and expansion of the army.To some extent,this has effectively improved the combat effectiveness of the army.
