Research On The Rural Civilization Construction In Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province From The Perspective Of Rural Rejuvenation

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017 clearly stated that the major social contradictions in our country have undergone profound changes.The Central Committee of the Party has reviewed the situation and made precise decisions,and has proposed great measures to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.Compared with the construction of new rural areas,the rural revitalization strategy pays more attention to the transformation of agricultural development methods,the protection and utilization of the ecological environment,the inheritance and development of traditional farming civilization,and so on.From the "20-character guideline" during the construction of the new countryside to the "20-character guideline" of the rural revitalization strategy,the only thing that has not changed is the rural civilization.As the ancient capital of the 13 th dynasty,Shaanxi is rich in historical and cultural resources.The Sanqin civilization has unique charm.The culture of Guanzhong is rich and diverse.The cultural heritage is very deep.City H is a historical and cultural city in theGuanzhong area.Taking city H as a microcosm of the rural revitalization strategy implemented in the rural areas of Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province,systematically elaborated and analyzed.Based on the background of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the article,based on the analysis of the literature on the construction of rural customs and civilization,went deep into the six villages of H city to conduct field research.Through the literature research method,personal interview method and questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of promoting rural civilization construction in the H city of Guanzhong,Shaanxi,and combining the survey data to sort out the achievements and existing problems of the rural civilization construction in H city,with a view to proposing Targeted and practical recommendations.The article mainly includes five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly discusses the background,purpose and significance of the topic,current research status at home and abroad,research methods and technical routes,research innovations and shortcomings.The second chapter focuses on the basic theory of rural civilization,and discusses the scientific connotation,theoretical basis and important significance of the construction of rural civilization in the perspective of rural revitalization.The third chapter mainly discusses the advantages of promoting rural wind civilization construction in Guanzhong,Shaanxi,and the process of practical investigation,andsummarizes the current progress of H city in the field of rural wind civilization construction.The fourth chapter takes the grassroots cadres and villagers in H city of Guanzhong,Shaanxi as the subjects of questionnaire survey and interview,to investigate and theoretically analyze the current situation and existing problems of the rural areas of Guanzhong in Shaanxi.By investigating the comprehensive quality of farmers,rural social atmosphere,rural living environment,spiritual and cultural quality of life,etc.,we will dig out the outstanding problems of the local rural civilization construction,and further analyze the current local problems in promoting the construction of rural civilization specific reason.Chapter V focuses on the problems and causes of rural wind civilization construction in Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province,and proposes countermeasures for strengthening rural wind civilization in Shaanxi Guanzhong against the background of rural revitalization from the perspectives of material basis,system guarantee,endogenous power and humanistic support.Suggest.
