Study On The Rural Custom Civilization Construction From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Building civilization and promoting the progress and development of civilization are the pursuit and internal motivation of human reproduction so far,and also the important goal of the development of all countries in the world today.As far as China is concerned,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has been constantly constructing,perfecting and developing the socialist civilization system with Chinese characteristics.Based on China's national conditions and agricultural conditions,the background of the socialist civilization system with Chinese characteristics is rural civilization,and rural civilization is embodied in the level of rural custom civilization.After the establishment of Jinggangshan revolutionary base area,the CPC concentrated on the practical exploration of rural custom civilization construction.In the long period after the founding of New China,the practical contents and forms of rural custom civilization construction have been updated iteratively,and many practical results have been gained.In the new era,the CPC and the state have made major decisions to implement the rural revitalization strategy,so that the rural custom civilization construction can sail higher in the new historical coordinates,and then make important contributions to showing Chinese style,embodying Chinese characteristics,walking out of the Chinese road and standing among the nations of the world in the exchange of civilizations for China.The rural custom civilization construction has been widely concerned and discussed by scholars at home and abroad,and many practical research results have been obtained.These achievements are mainly concentrated in political science,culture and sociology,or more detailed in the rural spiritual civilization construction,rural cultural construction and other specific areas,but focusing on the national development strategy to study the rural custom civilization construction is still a lack of academic circles.This paper which adopts the combined method of historical carding and theoretical abstract,interdisciplinary and systematic research,normative and empirical research,summarizes the rural revitalization strategy,the rural custom civilization construction and the internal logic between the two,considers the rural custom civilization construction from a historical perspective systematically,and studies ideological resources,basic attributes and realistic situation,reasonable suggestions of rural custom civilization construction from the perspective of sinicization of Marxism and national development strategy.It is hoped that this article will contribute to the modernization of China's agricultural countryside.Specifically,the paper consists of seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the basis and significance of the thesis,the domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings,so as to form the logical starting point of the thesis research.The second chapter is the summary of the rural custom civilization construction from the perspective of rural revitalization.This part mainly summarizes the rural revitalization strategy and the rural custom civilization construction,analyzes and demonstrates the internal logic between the two at the same time.This paper outlines the basis,the target requirements and the great significance of rural revitalization strategy from three aspects,expounds the concept of rural custom civilization construction on the basis of distinguishing the concept of culture and civilization,civilized rural style and rural custom civilization from a holistic approach.expatiates the internal logic between the rural revitalization strategy and the rural custom civilization construction from three points of view:the rural custom civilization construction is the inherent requirement of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the implementation of rural revitalization strategy makes the rural custom civilization construction develop to a deep level,there is a high degree of consistency between rural revitalization strategy and rural custom traditional culture,strengthening the rural public culture construction,carrying out the action of changing the customs in the countryside,and making great efforts to eliminate the rural spiritual poverty.The practical functions include promoting the development of rural characteristic advantage industry,promoting the overall optimization of rural human settlements environment,prospering and historical consideration of Chinese rural custom civilization construction.This part think of the practice of Chinese rural custom civilization construction in the past hundred years from the aspects of historical process,main characteristics,experience and enlightenment.The historical process could be divided into four stages: new democratic revolution,socialist revolution and construction,from reform and opening up to the new era,and since the new era.The main characteristics include three aspects: political and people's distinctive identity,the inheritance and development of content and form,social reality with emphasis on practice.The experience and enlightenment includes five aspects: strengthening the CPC's responsibility sense for rural custom civilization construction,respecting farmers' will fully to stimulate endogenous motivation,paying attention to changing customs in areas of work in education and health,promoting rural custom civilization construction with sufficient historical patience.The sixth chapter is the realistic situation of the rural custom civilization construction from the perspective of rural revitalization.This chapter could be divided into three
