Behind the rapid development of the tourism industry,the more prominent problem is the tourism disputes happen frequently,and if this problem can not be solve in time,it may lead to the "bad news travels fast" status,more and more tourists may make a worse evaluate of a tourist enterprise or a region and eventually damage the development of this tourist enterprise or this region.In order to avoid the emergency of this dilemma,all parts of the country continues to explore and innovate,take a variety measures to resolve the conflicts and disputes in the process of tourism.In early 2002,the Sanya suburban people's court had already setting up tourist circuit court system to solve disputes.In addition the 12301 national public wisdom tourism platform and other extremely characteristic of the people's mediation commissions as well as the specialized tourism disputes arbitration committee all becoming a significant symbol of further perfection of the supporting facilities for the tourism industry.Moreover,the establishment of the "Docking litigation and conciliation " system becomes an important sign of the further strengthened of the tourism dispute resolution mechanism.Although the tourism dispute resolution mechanism has been developed to a certain extent,there also exist many problems,such as a low publicity of the dispute resolution mechanism,a low frequency application of the non-litigation disputes solving mechanism as well as an incomplete connection between non-litigation mechanism and litigation mechanism.Convenient and efficient as the important purpose of the further improved of the tourism dispute resolution mechanism,therefore,the perfection of tourism disputes settlement mechanism shall be separately from the four parts:legislative level,concrete implementation,supporting facilities and related technical,not only pay attention to the perfecting of every specific tourism disputes settlement mechanism,but also pay much attention on improving the supporting facilities and related technical,the ultimate goal is to guarantee the tourism dispute can have a comprehensive and long-term development.
