Research On Government Information Transmission System

In today's development environment and historical opportunities,improving the efficiency of transmission,feedback and comprehensive coordination of government documents is conducive to improving the efficiency of government execution,promoting the efficiency of handling affairs of various government departments,meeting the needs of the rapid development of today's society,and is an inevitable choice to promote the government departments to change the service mode and realize the high efficiency and modernization of all kinds of services.However,with the vigorous development of economy and the continuous optimization of service,the efficiency consciousness of government departments has not really been raised to the height of service and development work,and there are still many problems in the effective communication of decision-making,the feedback of late execution and the coordination and coordination among various departments in the process of implementation.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the government information transmission system,selects the Baiyun Obo mining area of Baotou city as an example,at the same time combines the regional characteristics of Baotou city,puts forward the problems existing in the government information transmission system of Baiyun Obo mining area of Baotou city,analyzes the reasons,puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,and highlights the problem that the government information transmission system structure component department function in Baiyun district is insufficient.Based on case study,literature research and interview research,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the government information transmission system,analyzes the government information transmission system in detail by using the new public management theory,the new public service theory and the new public choice theory.At the same time,it proposes to improve the efficiency of transmission,feedback and coordination of government documents from five aspects: improving the efficiency of government information flow system,perfecting the structure of government information flow system,rationally allocating hardware resources,perfecting the safeguard measures of government information flow management system,and establishing government information flow early warning system.These are also the positive meaning of this article.
