Study On The Suitability Of Criminal Responsibility Subject Of Artificial Intelligence Robot

Nowadays,artificial intelligence robot is not only widely used in all walks of life,but also plays the role of replacing human to some extent.It even has the ability to surpass human in some aspects.The famous physicist Hawking once pointed out that "the human brain is not so different from the computer,sometimes the computer can imitate or even surpass the human brain".But can future AI robots really have the same social status and legal evaluation as human beings? At present,the relationship between artificial intelligence robot and human destiny is still a remote and uncertain topic,but the future problem of artificial intelligence robot is no longer a superficial problem such as technology,which can evolve into a deep-seated problem related to ethics and law,among which the most profound impact on human beings may be the criminal field involving many interests.Through the collection,retrieval and analysis of the existing materials,this paper aims to explore the adaptability of the subject of criminal responsibility of artificial intelligence robot.After sorting out the research materials on artificial intelligence and law,the article is divided into three parts through logical thinking.The first part of the article puts forward the current situation of the vigorous development of artificial intelligence technology,which is in the ascendant,developing to the permeability of various fields of human society,increasing the trend of humanoid,and increasing the dependence of human production.Why does the criminal law academic circle classify the content of substance as the subject of criminal responsibility? The reason why the status of artificial intelligence robot is raised to such a high level is that it not only promotes social development,but also brings great criminal risks,which poses a great challenge to the cognition of the subject of criminal responsibility in China.At present,there are many arguments about artificial intelligence robot among criminal law scholars.
