Research On The Social Function Of Artificial Intelligence From The Perspective Of Marxist Scientific And Technological View

With the first time that AI was written into government work report in 2017,the strategic position and development prospects of AI warfare have been further revealed at present.Although AI technology has been developing for a short time,its social influence is increasing,and it is even considered as a new driving force to promote social development.In this new situation,it is of great significance to study the social function of artificial intelligence.In view of this problem,we should return to the Marxist scientific and technological view to find the answer.Marxist view of science and technology holds that science and technology are productivity,power to create wealth,revolutionary power and power to promote historical development.There are alienation problems in science and technology,which may have a negative impact on human,social and natural environment.Under the guidance of Marxist scientific and technological theory,based on a clear grasp of the history and development status of AI,the positive social functions of AI technology are analyzed from four perspectives of space-time,production,communication and life,which embodies the boost of AI to social development.Artificial intelligence not only makes human communication more convenient,but also makes human life more happy.But at the same time,the negative impact of AI on society can not be ignored,mainly in the four aspects of political security,economic equity,social ethics and social atmosphere.To guard against the negative social impact of AI,we need to start from three aspects:first,we must adhere to the Marxist standpoint,insist that AI development should be"people-oriented" and treat AI development rationally;second,we should standardize the construction of AI related systems and realize the comprehensive system management of strengthening legislation,supervision of industry organizations and self-discipline of academic conventions by the state;third,we should strengthen intelligence.Information literacy education in the era,popularization of AI scientific knowledge education,increasing the overall investment in AI education,and strengthening the moral education in AI era,in order to achieve a better vision of AI serving human beings.
