Optimizing government service is of great significance for deepening the reform of "delegating administration and service" and building a service-oriented government. In recent years,China has taken advantage of the "Internet plus government services" to constantly innovate reform measures and introduce a series of policy measures. With the further development of information technology, the government's way of providing government services is also becoming more and more data-oriented.In particular, big data,as an emerging information technology, can promote the government to provide quality services to the masses of enterprises more quickly.Local governments at all levels have explored many good experiences and practices in using big data technology to optimize government services.Xuzhou quanshan district government service center has actively explored and innovated, and achieved good results in the construction of government services. However, the lack of sharing and development of big data in government affairs, the relatively backward construction of big data + government affairs service, the imperfect security and supervision mechanism, and the incomplete supporting measures of big data + government affairs service still restrict its development. The main reason is the lack of top-level design support, there is no unified standard;Departmental barriers have not been broken, data sharing is insufficient; The informationization degree is backward, the technical support is difficult.Based on big data technology,it is suggested to improve it from four aspects: promoting data collection and sharing, improving the efficiency of government service, strengthening the supervision and management mechanism, and optimizing the government service guarantee system.
